Because our services are customized and performed based on this consultation, all service sales are final.\n\nYour satisfaction is important to us. If you have a concern about your service, please contact the salon within eight business days of your original appointment so that we have an opportunity to address it.\n\nWhen the result does not reasonably align with the service discussed during your consultation, the salon may provide a complimentary adjustment. To ensure continuity and the best opportunity to understand and refine the original service, adjustments must be performed by the original stylist who provided the service.\n\nAn adjustment is intended to address the original service and consultation—not to provide a new service or accommodate a change in preference. Requests for a different stylist, a substantially different result, or a change in the original service direction will be treated as a new service and subject to standard pricing.\n\nThe complimentary adjustment policy does not apply if the hair has been altered, colored, cut, chemically treated, or otherwise modified outside of our salon following the original appointment.\n\nAdjustment requests made more than eight business days after the original service fall outside our satisfaction guarantee.\n\nWe appreciate the opportunity to address concerns promptly and work with you toward the best possible result.\n\n## Product Return/Exchange Policy\n\nIt is our pleasure to provide you with a refund or exchange within seven days of purchase if the product remains unopened, sealed, and unused.
